In this role you will :

Together with your colleagues, are you co-responsible for the successful implementation and the satisfaction of the customer. You will have an independent role in projects, based on knowledge and experience. You will report the project related items to the project manager or senior consultant. As a member of the implementation team, you will be in charge of :

• Analysing of client operational and functional processes to offer them suitable and effective configurations of the Spacewell solutions. You define, carry out and document the steps to implement our solutions;
• Offering our clients and partners software implementation consulting services, either by visiting them or from our office or from home;
• Putting in place solutions in accordance with the budget and agreed timelines;
• Configuring, setting up and testing the agreed software solutions in accordance with functional designs;
• Training and supporting our customers in using the implemented solutions;
• Producing the documents necessary throughout the project (internal and external communication), for example : scoping documents, configuration specifications, planning;
• Collaborating professionally and effectively with the different internal stakeholders ( project managers, product managers, support teams, salespeople, finance department, etc.).

Depending on the situation, the work can either be performed at home, in the office or on location with customers. Working hours are also flexible. In the first period you will depend on your colleagues for their expertise, however, later, this position will offer you a great deal of independence and freedom. In consultation with your manager, you will look for project roles that match your skills and ambitions.
