As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will : Develop and implement new ServiceNow reports and dashboards, tailored to customer requirements, from initiation to completion. Create analytics to enhance existing ServiceNow reports, automating and improving business processes. Understand detailed requirements and own your reports through design, implementation, testing, and delivery of high-quality solutions. Design quality features with a forward-thinking approach to application evolution. Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment. Maintain a strong focus on report quality and reusability. What You Bring to the Table : A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6 to 8 years of experience, including 3 to 5 years specifically in ServiceNow Reporting, especially in the Platform Analytics area. Expertise in developing complex reports and dashboards using the ServiceNow platform. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform capabilities and its integration with external data sources and reporting tools. Proficiency in understanding business needs, standardizing processes, and transforming customer requirements into high-level reporting solutions. Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and data structures. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies. 4 to 5 years of experience in developing simple to complex customer-facing ServiceNow applications (a plus). Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in Platform Analytics (preferred). ServiceNow Admin Certification (preferred). You should possess the ability to : Translate customer requirements into high-quality, scalable reporting solutions. Design and implement robust analytics to optimize business processes. Consult effectively with stakeholders on architecture and reporting solutions. Work collaboratively in agile and dynamic environments.
