Job Description

As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will :

  • Develop and implement new ServiceNow reports and dashboards, tailored to customer requirements, from initiation to completion.
  • Create analytics to enhance existing ServiceNow reports, automating and improving business processes.
  • Understand detailed requirements and own your reports through design, implementation, testing, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Design quality features with a forward-thinking approach to application evolution.
  • Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on report quality and reusability.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience, including 3 to 5 years specifically in ServiceNow Reporting, especially in the Platform Analytics area.
  • Expertise in developing complex reports and dashboards using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform capabilities and its integration with external data sources and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in understanding business needs, standardizing processes, and transforming customer requirements into high-level reporting solutions.
  • Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in developing simple to complex customer-facing ServiceNow applications (a plus).
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in Platform Analytics (preferred).
  • ServiceNow Admin Certification (preferred).
