As a maintenance engineer at TailorMinds, you are responsible for formulating maintenance policy, developing maintenance concepts, and using your expertise to advise on production processes and cost control. You also optimize maintenance systems, perform maintenance scans, and contribute to the reliability and sustainability of installations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities :
- You are responsible for setting up and optimizing the maintenance management system, drafting work instructions for this and ensuring that employees are trained in this.
- You support the operations department with solving production problems and with solving problems arising from (customer) complaints, deviations, audits, etc.
- You prepare investment proposals on behalf of defective equipment or preventive maintenance, and make recommendations regarding the purchase of new equipment to improve existing processes or expand capacity.
- You act as a point of contact for external contractors.
- Keeping the specific technical (maintenance) documentation (asset registration) up to date, complete, and accessible, including analyses and maintenance history.
Experience :
In possession of a BEsc degree in Maintenance Engineering or similar.A few years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry.Experience with 3D drawing packages.Experience with quality systems (ISO / GMP) is a plus.Good communication and strong planning skills.Master the English language at a professional level, both verbally and in writing.Located in The Netherlands or able to work in The Netherlands.Seniority level
