Senior Project Manager

Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, specialized in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

What are we looking for :

An experienced Project Manager with a focus on cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence. You will join our IT team to lead on organizing the triaging of pipeline projects, improving processes, reporting and governance documentation. Youve had a similar position for the last 10 years or more, most likely in another IT Company or a technology partner. The successful candidate will be delivering key Technology projects and will also manage a team of 6-8 Developers.

Ensure that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate.

Provide effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.

Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.

Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers.

Make and give presentations to internal executives.

Lead project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities ensuring that comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained, and issues are actively managed through to their successful resolution.
