Responsibilities
- Providesconsultative recommendations as well as integration and application design input to the prospect or customer.This includes presenting sales demonstrations with a focus on proactivepromotion of business case solutions.
- Prepares andvalidates “Return on Investment” analyses for each project pre-salesand post implementation.
- Participates in joint salescalls with the members of the Honeywell Voice sales team for the purpose ofproviding both operational and technical support.
- Assists with training partnersto increase their ability to sell, implement, and support Honeywell Voicesolutions.
- Documents the initial systemdesign and application requirements during the presales process; generates theinitial system architecture documents; plus working with the ImplementationProject Manager (IPM) to obtain the required budgetary estimates relating toNew Feature Requests and system change requests.
- Provide internal ProductDevelopment group with customer feedback for the improvement of existingproducts and the development of future products.

a college degree or equivalent work experience, an above average knowledge level of supply chain distribution logistics.Minimum of five years of on-site customer support experience including experience managing multiple, complex projects from start to completion; and minimum of 5 years in pre-sales support roles and situations related to sales demonstrations, sales meetings, and customer negotiationsProven ability to manage projects and to prioritize workloads in a dynamic and progressive work environmentProfessional written, verbal and presentation skills, ability to effectively interact with all levels of the customer’s environmentAbility and willingness to travel overnight approximately 40% to 60% on an annualized basis.English language necessary, Dutch is nice to haveWill be considered a plus
Working knowledge of TCP / IP, FTP, DHCP, Telnet, routing, client / server computingKnowledge of Android OS and MDM as well as general networking concepts, protocols, and related diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.Our offer
