To further expand our success in the Central European markets, we are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager (m / f / d) for the Joie brand in our Sales Department, based in our office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role will involve covering sales across the entire Netherlands. From Monday to Thursday, you will be responsible for sales activities throughout the country. You will report to the Sales Manager for Joie, overseeing both Germany North and the Netherlands.

What you'll do

Sales Responsibility :

  • Manage sales and sales targets for the Joie brand with both existing and new specialist retailers.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support, from creating individual quotations to offering advice and product training.

Brand Representation :

  • Act as brand ambassadors for the Joie brand, representing it to retailers and consumers.
  • Marketing & Promotion :

  • Develop ideas for customer-related marketing activities and effectively implement POS measures and sales promotion campaigns.
  • Trade Show Involvement :

  • Actively participate in trade fairs and field sales meetings.
  • Market Insights :

  • Identify market needs and relay customer feedback, as well as competition-relevant information, to the brand manager and management.
  • What you'll bring

  • 2-3 years professional experience in sales
  • Languages : Dutch and English as a must; German is beneficial
  • Successfully completed training (retail salesperson (m / f / d), wholesale and foreign trade salesperson (m / f / d), salesperson (m / f / d)) or comparable training
  • Sales personality who can inspire people with passion in field sales
  • Professional experience in field sales or experience in the areas of training / consulting
  • High level of commitment and willingness to travel as well as brand affinity
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as strong, target group-oriented communication skills
  • Team spirit and desire for an innovative, dynamic company
  • Ideally residence in the Netherlands
  • Good MS Office skills
