Affiliate Manager
As an Affiliate Manager , you will report directly to the GM and play a key role in expanding our affiliate network. Your primary responsibilities include nurturing existing affiliate relationships, optimizing their traffic performance, and on-boarding new partners to drive revenue growth. Using data-driven insights, you will provide strategic guidance to affiliates and continuously seek opportunities to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Affiliate Recruitment & Management : Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates.
- Performance Optimization : Analyze affiliate data to improve traffic performance, maximize conversions, and increase revenue.
- Strategic Relationship Building : Develop professional and profitable partnerships with affiliates, ensuring long-term success.
- Industry Networking : Expand your contact base within the industry through existing affiliates and key events.
- Issue Resolution & Support : Address and resolve affiliate concerns while managing expectations internally and externally.
- Fraud Prevention & Compliance : Monitor traffic quality, detect fraud risks, and implement protective measures.
- Team Leadership : Assist in training and mentoring junior affiliate managers to build a high-performing team.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Experience : 2-3 years in affiliate management with a proven track record of growing and managing accounts.Revenue Management : Experience managing a portfolio of at least $300K+ USD / month in affiliate business.Sales & Negotiation Skills : Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining strong client relationships.Data-Driven Approach : Strong analytical skills with an understanding of key online metrics and traffic performance indicators.Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with ad-serving technology, behavioral targeting, and ad operations.Industry Presence : Previous attendance at major trade shows like Affiliate World, Affiliate Summit , or similar events.Soft Skills : Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, international environment.Languages : Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for affiliate marketing, we’d love to hear from you!
