Responsibilities and expectations from you as DevOps Engineer :

As a DevOps Engineer, you play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge DevOps Engineering capabilities and accelerating our clients' journey to technical excellence. You're responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and production-readying the Internal Developer Platform, setting an example for your fellow engineers. You'll collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance and hands-on support to enhance the DevEx of the development teams. Automation is in your DNA.

You'll lead and contribute to the design, full development, and implementation of software engineering solutions to expedite projects for our clients (on-site, max 2 days a week).

You'll work closely with DevOps engineers to align technical needs, requirements, technical difficulties, and challenges.

You'll provide expert technical advice, scripting, guidance, and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to develop best practices, frameworks, and new tools to optimize and streamline software engineering processes.

To excel in this role :

You have at least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, software engineer, infrastructure engineer, or in a similar role.

You possess extensive knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their services and offerings.

You're skilled in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.

You have proven experience in delivering software engineering solutions and leading technical projects.

You have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

You have e​​​​​​ xperience with CI / CD tools and pipelines, such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or GitLab pipeline.

You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, focusing on delivering and monitoring high-quality outcomes.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

What do you get?

A monthly salary between €65.000,- and €100.000, depending on your experience, plus a fantastic profit bonus because sharing equals multiplying!
