As a helpdesk employee you will support businesses and / or individuals from the BeNeLux with their questions about consumer electronics of Acer and Enfinitec. The function consists of both inbound as outbond tasks via different channels, like telephone, e-mail, and chat. Pre-sales support of Acer’s and Enfinitec's products will also be a part of your job.
Before you will start you will go through an extensive training program from 4 till 6 weeks to get to the necessary level of knowledge and skills.
You will be working fulltime (40 hours) from Monday till Friday. Your training will be at the office and repair centre in Den Bosch. After you are fully trained, working flexible from home might be a possibility.
