Responsibilities
- Set up the system for new customers actively
- Identify opportunities for clients to optimize system functionality
- Prepare training documentation and guides within the system
- Analyze and respond to software-related queries from existing clients, executing straightforward requests
- Proactively collaborate internally with operations and development teams to resolve issues and process complex requests
- Cultivate sustainable customer relationships and trust through transparent and interactive communication
