Marketing Manager

Eternal Sun, a leading company in the global market of solar panel testing, is seeking a versatile Marketing Manager with the expertise to guide us in elevating our brand and driving impactful marketing initiatives.

Your Role :

Market Leadership : Position Eternal Sun as the go-to name for solar panel quality assurance : Everyone relevant to us should consider us.

Branding Excellence : Ensure all branding materials reflect our professional standards.

Develop and Execute the Marketing Plan : Create a measurable, practical yearly marketing strategy and calendar.

Execute and Delegate : Combine marketing, people, and project management skills to execute key tasks yourself while effectively managing internal and external experts to deliver on the plan.

Key Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Marketing Support : Act as the sole marketing person within the commercial team, defining and supporting the marketing needs of the sales team.

Product Launches & KPI’s : Plan and execute product / service launches, set measurable KPI’s, and analyze performance.

Channel Optimization : Strategize and refine digital, social, and traditional media channels for maximum impact.

Lead Generation : Run digital campaigns leveraging SEO, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.

Sales Enablement : Collaborate on training materials and provide positioning strategies to differentiate us in the market.

Marketing Collateral : Develop presentations, brochures, product sheets, and digital assets tailored to our audience.

Tradeshow ROI : Plan and manage tradeshow participation to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Competitive Analysis : Gather and share insights on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.

Brand Stewardship : Oversee branding across all touchpoints, including websites, documentation, and office design.

Company Representation at Events : Effective presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Good to Know :

Experience : We prefer candidates with a minimum of 5 years in a similar Business-to-Business Marketing role.

Skills : A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Almost everything we do is in the English language; and we have over 15 nationalities in our team.

You would benefit from traveling to about 6-8 international shows annually, mainly in the USA and Europe.

We do not provide relocation services; we prefer candidates that are settled close to our Headquarters in The Hague, able to travel to the office at least 3 days per week to benefit from face-to-face collaboration.
