The Job

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for accurate Supply Chain planning, optimal stock availability, and minimizing costs.

This role involves end-to-end (Logility) planning, organizing, and overseeing the forecasting and buying of all fanwear collections in collaboration with the S&OP team.

The planner works together with various teams, including Product, Sales, B2C Planning, and Supplier Coordination, to optimize inventory levels and meet Supply Chain forecasts. As a Supply Chain Planner, you perform more complex planning tasks, critically look at current processes and procedures, and independently oversee work and deliverables.

Your Mission

Demand Planning

Making sure that every collection meets an accurate forecast with optimal availability which is in line with the brand- and market strategy and contributes to long-term sustainable growth. You work closely together with Sales, Product, and B2C Planning to gather the input needed for the forecast.

  • Analyse historical data, sales trends, and market conditions to forecast Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine forecasts and ensure Supply Chain alignment.
  • Update Supply Chain plans regularly to reflect any changes in the market.

Supply Planning

Making sure sales forecast is translated into purchase forecast considering safety planning and buying cycles.

  • Analyse sales forecast and turn into supply plan including safety setting and buying cycles to result in purchase forecast.
  • Optimize future availability.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels across all DC locations (not store or track locations).
  • Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock levels to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Hand over long- and short-term forecast to Supplier Management.
  • Data & Analysis

    Being able to independently work with data sets, create reporting and interpret data to provide insights towards stakeholders in e.g., buy sign offs and / or supply chain review meetings.

    Continuous Improvement

    Evaluate existing supply chain processes and planning tools and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise stock levels.

    Projects

    Guiding and / or participating in larger and more complex company projects next to operational tasks to cover supply chain related topics, and other occurring relevant activities and / or projects.

    Your Talent

  • Bachelor / Master in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • High level of understanding of supply chain planning; forecasting, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Excel, Logility).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Independent and quick decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in leading meetings, presenting findings, and clearly explaining decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolve issues.
