The Role

We're looking for a driven and passionate Creative Operations Executive to join our dynamic creative team. If you love social media, have an eye for great content, and are excited about the world of digital marketing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career!

Key Responsibilities :

Creator Outreach, Management & UGC Content

  • Manage and grow our network of creators across paid channels like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Scout for new talent and develop innovative content sourcing solutions to support our ambitious growth targets
  • Build strong relationships with creators and guide them to deliver top-notch content that resonates with our audiences
  • Monitor creator performance against key metrics, report on progress and status of projects and provide regular updates to the team
  • Help coordinate end-to-end UGC content sourcing, from creator outreach to shoot coordination and content delivery

Creative Trends & Ad Competitive Analysis

  • Stay on top of the latest trends by conducting weekly ad competitive analysis across social platforms
  • Identify winning creative concepts, hooks, and treatments that are driving engagement and conversions
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of top-performing ads across different verticals to inspire our creative ideation
  • Contribute valuable insights to inform our creative strategies and content roadmaps
  • Creative Team Support

  • Assist in organising and maintaining our creative asset libraries and documentation
  • Support the development of compelling client presentations and creative roadmaps
  • Jump in to support various creative and operational projects, learning and growing your skills along the way
  • Requirements : What You'll Bring :

  • At least 1 year of experience in a creator marketing role, ideally within a D2C or agency environment
  • A track record of working towards ambitious targets and activating partnerships to drive meaningful results
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational abilities and a sharp eye for detail
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to extract actionable insights from creator performance data
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) and project management software is a plus
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
