What You'll Do :

  • Advise businesses on how to optimize their social media advertising campaigns.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls , providing customized solutions for advertisers.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver creative ideas to enhance results.
  • Build meaningful client relationships to help them meet their goals.
  • Reach Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , including campaign completions and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For :

  • C2-level Dutch fluency and B2 English proficiency.
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit for Germany.
  • Experience in sales , digital marketing , or retail .
  • A passion for results and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Berlin and work on-site.

    • What We Offer :

  • Relocation bonus :

    • Up to 1,900 for moves from outside Germany.

  • Up to 700 for relocations within Germany (minimum 100 km).
  • Gross monthly salary of 3,050-3,675 , including language and performance bonuses.
