The Search Campaign Manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation, optimization, reporting, and analysis of accounts. This role involves tasks ranging from keyword research and ad copy creation to running daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as actively optimizing accounts to meet target KPIs. Attention to detail is vital, as the Campaign Manager must ensure all Search campaigns are set up according to client briefs and follow search engine marketing best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Campaign Implementation : Set up and manage PPC campaigns, including full keyword research, ad group setup, ad copy creation, landing page selection, and bulk uploads to relevant engines and third-party tools.
- Optimization : Actively optimize accounts to meet target KPIs, using bid management platforms such as Search ads 360.
- Reporting : Create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by clients or direct line managers. Provide data for quarterly business reviews and other ad hoc reporting.
- Budget Management : Manage daily budget trackers and provide optimization recommendations. Ensure all accounts are maintained within budget.
- Client Communication : Communicate with clients via email and attend client calls / meetings to deliver performance results. Compile meeting notes and actions.
- Performance Analysis : Assess and analyze key PPC metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CPC, etc.) and conduct regular data analysis of all accounts.
- Finance : Work with the Senior Executive to book all relevant spends accurately using DDS / Prisma. Ensure month-end POs / Engine budgets are booked and signed off as required .
- Industry Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends. Share knowledge with the team.
