Functieomschrijving

Hey, Business Process Analyst! Are you Analytic and Sustainable? If yes, perfect! At Faber LABS – the tech division of Faber Group – we’re all about digitalizing our load carrier business models. We’re streamlining and future-proofing our operations while making supply chains more sustainable, transparent and efficient. Your Business Analyst skills are exactly what we need to help build our software and achieve our ambitious goals.

Who you are

Customer demands are shifting from 1-on-1 contact to online platforms and from excel-sheets to user-friendly portals. Meanwhile, Faber must also adapt its internal processes. That is where you come in. As our business analyst, you’ll match customer and colleagues needs with the capabilities and potential of our newly developed in-house software, Poolwise. Poolwise is our front-end application used by our customers and suppliers. We use this to manage millions of load carriers across Europe. Managing those boxes and pallets is no small task, it’s however packed with potential for circularity.

As Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the current gap between tech and business by :

  • Requirement gathering. Create clear requirements and process / workflows. You’ll challenge – when needed – the “as-is” so we design a “to-be” that is both future-proof and scalable across divisions.
  • Match way of working with software capabilities. Analyse way of working of divisions with capabilities of our solution and ensure we have a generic customer focused way of working.
  • High level to actionable. Break down high-level goals into actionable items and specifications.
  • Data-supported working. You use data (reports) to validate and challenge requirements, so we build fact-based and not on gut feel or because we want it.
  • Documentation. Help us level up by creating clear and structured process and product feature documentation.
  • Optimization and alignment. Supporting several divisions and with multiple business models, you keep your eyes open and spot chances to minimize complexity and improve alignment.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate and support UAT activities to ensure the final product meets the business needs.

What we offer

Just as you give your best, we do too. At Faber LABS, we value work-life balance so you can excel in your role, while being all-in with your hobbies, sportive activities or time with family and friends.

  • The tools to do your job right : laptop and phone;
  • Hybrid working : from home and our modern office in ‘s Hertogenbosch;
  • Lots of freedom and responsibility within the team;
  • Inspiring colleagues with creative, analytical and innovative minds from across the globe;
  • A chance to help build a brand-new team in a fast-evolving new company.
  • We are Faber LABS, part of the family-owned Faber Group. At Faber LABS we aim to accelerate digital transformation within our divisions and logistic supply chains. We make them more sustainable, transparent and efficient. Driven by data combined with years of knowledge of supply chains, we will transform the logistic landscape forever. Our goal? Going from your regular load carrier to data-driven load carriers with automated processes and data-driven decision-making that enables us to carry more impact.

    The possibilities are endless. Are you up for the challenge? Apply now and help us shape the future and make impact.

    Here’s what you can expect during our selection process :
