What does your workday look like?After changing into your work clothes, your day starts with a brief handover from the previous shift. Then you get to work preparing sauces, marinades, dressings, and other flavorful products. These are cooked in large kettles and later packaged in a different department.As an operator, you are jointly responsible for following recipes, performing quality measurements, and resolving minor malfunctions when needed. It’s a varied role where you truly make a difference.And the best part? Later, you walk through the supermarket and see your sauce on the shelf. How great is that?

What do we ask of you as a production worker?

• You are available full-time in a two-shift system (06 : 00–15 : 00 and 15 : 00–00 : 00)
• You have an affinity for quality and work results-oriented
• A completed MBO or LBO culinary education is a plus, but not required
• You are physically fit and able to lift ingredients without difficulty
