Your Role :

As a Senior Financial Analyst I, you will develop core competencies to better collaborate with customers, members, and colleagues. The added value manifests itself in permanent, mutual collaboration between all national and international business units and entities within the Rabobank Group.

Job Responsibilities :

ANALYSIS :

  • Analyze & assess the (potential) client's credit & operational risk using multiple sources of information.
  • Accompany Relationship Managers (RMs) on customer farm visits / evaluations.
  • Contribute to a full understanding of the client's business.

STRUCTURING :

  • Recommend the structure of credit products based on company policies through thorough analysis.

    • PROCESS SUPPORT :

  • Assist the RMs in all aspects of managing their portfolio.

    • MONITORING :

  • Assist in the analysis and preparation of annual reviews and loan strategy reports.

    • OTHER DUTIES : Assist with other duties & tasks assigned by manager.

    Minimum Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Knowledge of short- and long-term agricultural credit.
  • Skilled in financial spreading, written and oral communications, forecasting and stress testing, risk analysis, and interpretation.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
