All-round Moxy Crew Day / Night

Be part of our TEAM! The Moxy Crew Night is a position with a wide range of working environments. You work at nighttime (11pm until 7am). You will earn a competitive salary compared to a regular Crew Member / Front Office agent. You are the host in the reception + lounge area, the up & cross selling specialist, pizza making chef, bartender & the night specialist. You are the welcoming force in the hotel, the  FUN HUNTER  in WOW-ing our guests,  YOUNG AT HEART  suggesting guests what to do and you are  PLAYFUL .

Your shift will consist of :

• Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
• Process all guest check-ins & check-outs.
• Process payments including resolving and any late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Serving & preparing beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate.
• Keeping your work area clean and organized, be aware of the food & safety program (HACCP)
• Running the night audit and prepare reservations for the next day.
• Help with preparing and serving breakfast.
