Show a piping drawing to anybody, and everyone sees a total chaos of pipes and colors. But not you. You see challenges. As a Piping Engineer, you are responsible for designing and routing piping on board of yachts and ships. Every project is new and different in terms of complexity. You design the piping in detail for, for example, the engine room, ventilation systems, and sanitary facilities. You do this by means of 3D models, diagrams, and detailed drawings such as Isometrics.

Your work includes :

3D design of all piping systems in Cadmatic or Catia 3D
Ensure compliance with requirements and class rules

Your passion lies in shipbuilding. You find it a challenge to develop complex pipeline diagrams into 3D routings. For this, you need sufficient technical expertise, combined with a real go-getter mentality. You are proactive and pragmatic. You are self-critical and work very accurately.

In addition, you have :

Bsc / Msc. in Mechanical engineering or similar;

5+ years experience in a similar position;

Excellent knowledge of Cadmatic or Catia and Autocad;

Good command of the English language.
