Production Engineer (1,0 FTE)

As a Production Engineer at BAADER, you are responsible for optimizing multiple products in the production process. The production engineer ensures the highest quality and efficiency of all internally manufactured components. In this role, the production engineer is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements. Together with the Operations Manager, improvements are analyzed, and recommendations are made for the benefit of the production process.

Who you are

• You have completed a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, technical business administration or mechatronics.
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar technical role.
• You have knowledge of production processes and techniques.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle technical challenges
• You have strong communication skills, and you know how to communicate well at different levels
• You have knowledge of SolidWorks and SAP
• You have knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
• You have practical experience (Pré)
