You will be working in an international environment within a multicultural team as a Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Employee.
As a Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for :
- Accounts Payable - Booking invoices.
- Accounts Receivable - Collection by mail and phone.
- Preparation of Banks Booking.
- Preparation of necessary journal entries.
- Book and reconcile Intra / Intercompany invoices in sub ledger Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Work together with the team for a proper monthly closing of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Possible future tasks :
o Monthly settlements for several Intercompany offices (AP & AR).
o Prepare VAT declaration.
o Fixed assets administration.
o Prepare cashflow forecast for foreign currency.
