Your role as an HR Advisor at Youwe

As an HR Advisor at Youwe, you will be at the heart of our organization, supporting our offices in Rotterdam. You will work closely with managers and around 100 employees at our Rotterdam office to ensure our workplace is inclusive, positive, and aligned with our strategic goals. We are looking for a Dutch-speaking candidate who can communicate effectively in a bilingual environment and collaborate with our international team.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • People-focused projects : Collaborate on initiatives around vitality, learning & development, employee engagement, and cultivating a future-proof workplace culture.
  • HR advisory work : Guide and update employee policies while providing strategic advice to managers and teams.
  • Youwe Expedition : Help employees and managers navigate our in-house development program, supporting professional growth.
  • Daily HR support : Be the go-to person for HR questions, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
  • Employee well-being : Partner with our Happiness and Office Manager to create initiatives that enhance the health, happiness, and productivity of our employees.

Who you are

    Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • A completed higher education level, preferably in HR.
  • A strong awareness of what is happening with colleagues and the ability to stay connected.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and regulations, with the ability to anticipate changes.
  • Independence, goal-orientation, and a strong passion for the HR profession.
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to execute tasks effectively.
  • The energy to inspire and engage others while staying focused on achieving results.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages.
