Husqvarna Benelux is de spil van alle diensten die we aanbieden aan onze klanten. Voor onze Finance Shared Service zijn we op zoek naar een Credit Controller , rapporterend aan de Manager Shared Service / Credit Control BeNeLux, gevestigd in Almere.

Samenwerking met verkoop- en klantafdelingen voor alle divisies

AR-meetings leiden en kredietlimietcontroles uitvoeren.

Factoringcontracten beheren en betalingsspecificaties afstemmen.

Contact opnemen met klanten om tijdige betalingen te garanderen.

Aanvragen, bewaken en verwerken van kredietlimieten.

Samenwerken met SSC Polen en Portugal voor account follow-ups.

Opzetten, vastleggen en bewaken van geschillen en betalingsplannen.

MBO+ / HBO opleidingsniveau en / of 2 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een internationaal bedrijf.

Vloeiend in Frans, Engels en Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Husqvarna Benelux is the hub of all the services we offer to our customers. For our Finance Shared Service we are looking for a Credit Controller , reporting to the Manager Shared Service / Credit Control BeNeLux, based in Almere.

Collaboration with sales and customer departments for all divisions

Lead AR-meetings and conduct credit limit checks.

Manage Factoring contracts and reconcile payment specifications.

Contact customers to ensure timely payments.

Request, monitor, and process credit limits.

Work together with SSC Poland and Portugal for account follow-ups.

Set out, record, and monitor disputes and payment plans

MBO+ / HBO education level and / or 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferable in an international Company.

Fluent in French, English and Dutch, both verbal and written

Pro-active, flexible and eager to learn

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, credit management tools is a plus
