Your role within Yuki
We are currently searching for a Functional Analyst to support the development team of Lucy, our newly launched product focused on e-invoicing. As a Functional Analyst, your role encompasses several key responsibilities :
- Collaborate with developers to efficiently and accurately develop new functionalities.
- Understand and map the needs and expectations of users, such as entrepreneurs and accountants.
- Organise workshops with stakeholders and users, documenting and refining functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance user stories.
- Monitor developments and conduct functional tests based on user stories and test scenarios.
What you get to do
Provide daily support to developers by addressing business domain-related queries pertaining to features or bugs they are working on.Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to delve deeper into features, assess the viability of ideas proposed by Product Owners, and validate their effectiveness.Assist the Product Owner in creating a clear backlog that aligns with the development team's requirements.Manual test cases for the Quality Assurance (QA) process, allowing you to perform tests.Test case scenarios for the Product Owner to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of the users.Ensure the involvement of the Product Owner when encountering significant issues or urgent matters that surpass initial expectations.Translate technical release notes into business-friendly language.You recognize yourself in the following :
Desirable experience with Yuki suite of products or other CRM or billing systems.Desirable experience in business analysis.Desirable experience in functional testing.Desirable experience with SOAP webservice and REST APIs and tools such as Postman.Experience in UX studies and design is a plus.What You Seek in a Job
