International Sales Support Supervisor

As the International Sales Support Supervisor, you will oversee sales support and customer service for a diverse export region, including Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Working closely with your team and international sales managers, you will ensure exceptional service for distributors across multiple countries. This position reports to the Regional Business Lead.

You are a proactive manager who excels at transforming plans into action. In addition to leading and mentoring the sales support team, you will be passionate about enhancing customer service and satisfaction. A keen focus on service levels and customer-centric approaches will be essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of Sales Support Assistants / Coordinators (4 FTE).
  • Manage processes related to orders and customers for export regions.
  • Develop the skill set of the Sales Support Export Sales Team.
  • Maintain high levels of service and ensure a customer-focused approach.
  • Oversee internal service / support projects for the region.
  • Act as an intermediary between export managers, customers, and internal departments (order processing, logistics, finance).
  • Collaborate with International Sales Managers to support distributors.
  • Update forecasts and assist with sales reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain price lists.
  • Monitor service levels and initiate improvement projects with the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and document customer agreements.
  • Take a proactive approach in managing tasks.
  • Contribute to major projects, such as digital transformations, lead management, and customer experience improvements.

Requirements :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect, inspire, and motivate others effectively.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and project management expertise in customer experience.
  • Sales support experience in production environments.
  • Experience in or willingness to lead small teams.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Vacancy for 40 hours per week
  • Gross annual salary of €65,000–€70,000, based on 40 hours per week.
  • Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
  • 25 holidays + 5 ADV
