This is what your job looks like
Your challenge as a junior growth marketer is to help find the right mix in campaigns for our 3 brands : Squla, StudyGo and Studira. You think along with the creation of new campaigns and learn how to analyze and optimize them best. In addition, you work closely with the rest of the marketing team. You do this at our office in Amsterdam or, if you want, partly from home.
Futurewhiz has been the online edtech market leader in the Netherlands for almost 15 years. Our three brands continue to grow and develop to support every child between the ages of 3 and 18. We create platforms where children can learn at their own level and pace. This increases their development, knowledge and self-confidence. Teachers can use our platforms during lessons, and parents can use them at home.
As a junior growth marketer at Futurewhiz, you will help to realize growth. You are partly responsible for the online traffic to the platform, the communication around it and of course the conversion. In addition, experimenting, SEO, SEA, Social & Display advertising are an essential part of this role. We are happy to teach you how to best tackle all of this!
Together with the other marketer, a CRO specialist and your manager you form the Growth team. You also work together with other teams from the marketing department such as retention and branding but also with colleagues from product development and data science.
Your biggest challenge is to increase the number of new (paying) users.
In addition, you will :
Further develop and expand the digital strategy across all (also new!) channels to attract children, parents and teachers to the platform and create awareness. You map the funnel of campaigns and see where the biggest drop-off is, adjust advertisements / landing pages so that campaigns perform even better. SEA, SEO and social are the most important for this;
Continuously monitor Google Analytics, Tableau and Amplitude to collect and optimize data;
We also consider the following points to be important :
You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) work and thinking level;
You have just graduated and / or have already gained some relevant work experience;
You have a commercial mindset and make decisions based on figures and results;
You are eager to learn more about Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google tag manager, Social Advertising, SEO, SEA;
You are a team player, you can explain well what you do and why and you enjoy working with other departments;

A gross salary between €2,600 and €3,500 per month, based on 40 hours per week and depending on experience;
