Business Development Manager – EMEA Additives Portfolio

Our client is a dynamic, young company with a solid foundation in the chemical distribution sector.

With over 500 existing customers and a turnover of €10 million per year, their growth potential is significant.

Founded by experienced leaders with over 15 years of experience in the industry, the company has earned a reputation for innovation and flexibility in pursuing independent growth strategies.

Responsibilities :

Develop the additive business and build out the additive product portfolio in EMEA specifically focused in Rheology Modifiers (mineral fillers and binders).

Generate new business of additives by proactively approaching new customers and developing a network within the target industries in Europe

Act as a product manager to consolidate market information and liaise directly with main suppliers for further business development.

Requirements :

Higher education or equivalent capability

5+ years of experience in sales to the chemical industry

Technical background and / or experience in the additives industry

Good command of English language and at least one additional language (ideally Dutch, German or Italian)

Service and customer-focused – Being able to work independently and have a problem-solving ability
