Are you ready to be at the frontline of one of the Netherlands' fastest-growing fintech companies? We're looking for a French-speaking Support specialist for the Belgian Market who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of their expansion across Europe!
Responsibilities :
- Act as the first-line support contact for clients in Belgium
- Handle incoming questions (technical and general) via email and other channels
- Collaborate with local Belgian teams and occasionally travel there
- Support payments-related queries and work closely with the operations team
- Help improve the customer journey and contribute to scalable support systems
