What you will do as a Store Manager

  • Spend most of your time on the floor to see what can be improved and to connect with customers.
  • Support the growth of your team by training, teaching, coaching, and monitoring the development of your partners.
  • Check planning, make schedules, answer e-mails, and analyze business performance during administration time.
  • Organize events and reserve tables for business meetings in consultation with the district manager.
  • Manage purchasing based on forecasts and expectations, responding to weather and events.

As a Store Manager, you will need :

  • Experience as a manager in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to delegate effectively.
  • A target-driven approach, focusing on people to achieve goals.
  • Approachability to encourage open communication with your team.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve unforeseen problems.
  • Flexibility in working hours [Monday to Sunday].

  • A minimum salary of €2950,13 gross per month and the opportunity for a bonus based on target achievement;
