Your objectives :
As the Director of Quality , you will be measured against the following objectives :
- Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness for global healthcare standards.
- Lead quality oversight, implementing strategic improvement initiatives and driving business efficiency.
- Coach and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will do :
As the Director of Quality , your duties and responsibilities will include :
Oversee regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA CFR 820.Act as the PRRC (Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance) for Medical Devices.Lead the site Quality Project improvement portfolio to enhance business continuity.Manage strategic projects and ensure alignment with profit planning.Drive quality improvements through standardized methodologies and best practices.Coach and develop a team of Improvement Engineers, Product Management Review Officers, and a Site Lead Auditor.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) legislation.What you will bring :
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Director of Quality :
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical or medical device sector.Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.Expertise in sterile and non-sterile manufacturing, combination products, and regulatory compliance.Ability to drive continuous improvement and strategic business transformation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch proficiency is preferred or a willingness to learn.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.Got what it takes?
