As Team Manager Logistics, you will lead approximately 350 team leaders and operators on a daily basis. You will maintain an overview of the process and identify areas for improvement. You will think in solutions so the logistics process runs as smoothly as possible.

In addition, you will maintain contact with suppliers and customers to keep them informed. You will also conduct coaching and development interviews, based on KPI’s, with your team and will take care of case management / absence process.

You will work in a three shift schedule, with a night shift at least once every three weeks. Stand firmly in your shoes and develop an excellent team!

Vereisten
