Job Description :

As a Senior Data Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in translating our architectural design concepts into robust, scalable, and secure data solutions that meet our organizational needs. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing our (Self-Service) Business Intelligence environment on top of our Azure Modern Data Platform. You will also serve as an advisor to the Data team, leveraging your extensive experience in data, dimensional, and semantic modeling.

Responsibilities :

• Design and Modeling : Lead the design of semantic and dimensional models, integrating data from multiple internal and external sources. Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and data engineers to ensure alignment with the overall data platform design.
• Governance Collaboration : Work closely with the Data Governance Officer to ensure data solutions comply with governance policies and standards, enhancing data quality, security, and compliance. Align on data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to support the overall data strategy.
• Power BI Administration : Oversee the administration and governance of the Power BI platform, including configuration settings and workspace management.
• Data Management Expertise : Provide expertise in data management for analytical platforms, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Design Implementation : Deliver designs for data products (both presentation and storage) that can be easily implemented by data engineers and BI report builders.
• Data Lineage Maintenance : Maintain functional and technical data lineage in a data catalog to enhance searchability, improve contextual understanding, and boost business users’ confidence in information accuracy and reliability.
