Customer Care Specialist

Location : Delft

Contract : 1 year (extension intended)

Hours : 40 hours per week

Position :

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to the assigned Customer portfolio, building long-lasting relationships, and advocating customer centricity with end-to-end accountability on the order to delivery Customer journey. This role will require you to effectively manage customer inquiries and orders, execute order management processes, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Receive orders and put them into SAP
• Take responsibility for the Customer experience and onboarding new Customers effectively in the OTC journey.
• Order management
• Proactively update customers about orders
• Work closely with all involved departments to fix issues
• Build strong relationships with important contacts internally and externally
