What you are going to do

  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
  • Write complex test cases and execute automated tests
  • Analyze test results and identify defects
  • Collaborate with the development team to debug code and identify root causes of issues
  • Improve testing processes

    Who you are

    You are a result-driven QA Engineer and you are looking to learn. You have a strong sense of ownership, high-quality engineering standards, and the ability to develop a high-quality testing strategy. You clearly communicate with others, and both seek out and provide constructive feedback. You maintain a growth mindset and you are eager to learn, acquire new skills, and try new methodologies and processes to make sure we stay future-proof.

  • Experience in development and maintenance of automated tests with frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Puppeteer
  • Knowledge of Testing Methodologies, testing pyramid, test strategy, test coverage
  • Understanding of TypeScript / JavaScript, including its features, syntax, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Chrome dev tools
  • Knowledge of SDLC and QA role in it
  • Basic understanding of application programming interfaces (API), REST, SOAP
  • Experience with CI / CD is a plus
  • Certification for TMAP or ISTQB is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Tosca is a plus
  • API Testing is a plus

    • Who you will work with

    You will join a partially remote cross-functional product team in the IT department of Schade Intermediair . In this department, we create insurance products for intermediaries and direct customers. Our focus is to create an amazing user experience, expand our product offering, and improve operational efficiency.
