What you will do
Within the Merchandising department, you’re the one who makes our customers an offer they can’t refuse. With a focus on performance driven and destination specific merchandising, you’ll constantly try to create more relevant offerings for our customers and are responsible for how we show and sell our products best on .
You run the show to increase performance of multiple destinations within an assigned region. This means you dive into data and challenge what we did yesterday to achieve outstanding results tomorrow. You spot and select which experiences to optimize, align with other teams and departments what they need to work on, chase the execution and report on progress and blockers.
So, if you’re up for becoming a master of offers and challenging the status quo, we’d love to chat with you!
