In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and proactive handling of purchasing tasks across various projects. Your expertise in problem-solving and risk mitigation will be crucial in navigating project challenges, while your commitment to staying abreast of technological advancements will drive our strategic procurement initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with multiple departments and suppliers to achieve our organizational goals.Your TasksKey Responsibilities :Ensuring project targets are met (Quality, Cost and material availability);Ensure Project Management Purchasing as per PEP procedureEnsure supplier selection for components and / or products is in alignment with supplier strategies;Ensure quality, cost, and sample availability targets are met for purchased components / products;Handle requests for quotations (RFQ) and negotiations with suppliers;Defining quality requirements and ensure compliance with technical standards;Take responsibility for material availability until the Start of Production (SOP);Change Management : Manage changes in processes before SOP;Risk mitigation & escalation management to ensure project targets.Drive cost reduction / Value engineering projects with global suppliersQualificationsWhat You BringTechnical or Commercial Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering stream (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical / Electronics)Strong Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain concepts;Experience : 3 to 5 years in an international Project Purchasing environment;Proven track record in problem solving and decision making;Proven track record in leading purchasing projects;Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; project management;Result driven with a proactive attitude;Able to work 3 times a week in the office in Eindhoven;Fluent English language skills (verbal and written);Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;Good knowledge of ERP-SAP.Software PurchasingAdditional InformationWhat We Offer :A challenging position with development potential within a growing, international and dynamic organization;A salary based on your experience;A 8% holiday and 4% standard bonus addition;A competitive bonus scheme;27 days of leave and 13 ADV;Flexible working hours and the option to work hybridApplication process :Interested?
