The Supply chain End to End supply market lead will drive all aspects to supply chain regarding their markets and D2R (direct to retailer) with their team. They are responsible for supporting the growth of the seeding business in the Europe by being the ultimate owner of the Supply of their markets and RTM. You will be working independently with your team (based in India) but also jointly with the wider UI supply chain team (demand planning, customer service, logistics, innovation) to support growth of the seeding business in the Europe.

You will be responsible for end-end supply chain in your respective markets. UI is changing part of its distribution model from distributor to “direct to retail”. This will improve our customer service experience and margin.

Responsibilities :

• Setting up the strategy and WoW across the Plan / Source / Make / Delivery pillars for D2R & Seeding Markets
• Ensure that the Supply Chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to deliver the agreed plans
• Support the delivery of the Global Sourcing Analysis, by implementing local capabilities, working closely with Strategic Planning, logistic and Finance
• Manage communication with all key project stakeholders (internal and external)
• Ensure every new product delivery meets the Unilever and client Quality and Safety standards
• Co-lead risk assessments, and make sure action plans are embedded in the project timelines
• Support the supply Planning workstream to exceed customer expectations while working to optimize service across the network. This includes dispatch rate, in-stock levels, inbound / STO on-time, warehouse cuts, warehouse on-time loading, and minimizing customer claims
• Actively participate in the demand supply reconciliation meetings with cluster supply lead representing your customers.
• Be first point of contact for escalation of supply issues and communicate forward risks to the business.

• Actively participate in the Demand Review Meetings with BDMs representing your customers
• You’ll Manage a team of two people
• Fostering strong relationships, driving collaboration, delivering excellence, and taking swift action to achieve our goals
