The Role
As a Customer Service or Technical Support employee, you will handle issues, advise customers by telephone and / or e-mail, and provide high-quality support services. If you are passionate about helping and assisting people, this is the perfect role for you.
This position will be working with a leading brand (we have multiple interesting projects), and will give you the opportunity to learn about their business!
The Ideal Candidate
- Native level Dutch, fluent English
- Candidate must be living in the Netherlands
- Previous customer support experience is a big plus. However if you have similar client facing experiences, feel free to reach out as well!
- Good computer skills, tech savy if you`re applying for the Technical Support position
- Great communication skills
