As Strategic Data Analysis Intern in the EMEA Leadership & Talent development Team, you will assist in all data analysis and coordinating tasks around the Talent Management processes and storytelling of talent data. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a final year university placement who is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Data Analysis.

Main Tasks :

Assist hotels with sharing their hotel talent data.
Collating hotel talent data of all EMEA management hotels.
Collate all program data from current and past participants, analyse satisfaction data, promotion data and other parameters involved in the ROI of programs.
Work with Excel to create graphs and insights.
Work with PowerBI and create visual dashboards.
Assist with online development centre exercises together with GMs of hotels.
Be the contact person for the EMEA Leadership & Talent team for data comparisons and analysis.
Gather Talent data from all hotels, and ensure critical data about talents stays constantly up to date.
Help prepare for Monthly GM Resourcing calls and Regional presentations.
Analyse Leadership development and talent data and help create infographics.
Produce reports that measure the success of the L&D activities including league tables.
Create attractive communication in the form of newsletters.
Be involved in EMEA projects (e.g., GM academy, Hilton Chef Inclusion project, etc.).
Join EMEA Talent & Leadership team calls.
Utilize tools to lead periodic data evaluation.
Track the progress of hotels against all business and talent goals throughout the year and adjust strategy accordingly.
Help administer E-learning & registrations (Hilton University).
Measure and analyse feedback received from participants in programs / trainings.
Centralize all communication from the Learning Team into a single point of contact for hotels. Update & monitor Talent Management related pages on SharePoint sites and others.
Provide suggestions to improve Leadership & Talent Development function.
Assist with activities related to GTMES or pulse surveys.
Create and edit videos.
Work with Excel and Power BI, the Learning Management System.

What are we looking for?

Must be studying in the Netherlands towards a Bachelor's Degree with an internship as part of your course curriculum.

Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).

Must be available to start in June or July 2025, for a minimum of 10 months (earlier start can be discussed).
