Program Manager (Business Operations)

6 month contract - €115 per hour

Hybrid - Amsterdam, 2 days a week

Key Responsibilities :

  • As a Program & Business Operations Manager in Core Platforms, you will support and / or lead the planning, execution, and optimization of different Business Operations processes to enable the achievement of our departmental objectives. You will also drive the Internal Customer Engagement program, fostering a culture of customer-centricity within Core Platforms through improved customer support mechanisms, internal customer satisfaction score metrics, customer segmentation, and the delivery of a customer engagement framework.
  • Drive and / or support the rhythm of the business for reviews, planning, budgeting, and management reports.
  • Own preparation and facilitation of our quarterly planning process, including kicking-off the quarterly process with stakeholders, organizing and facilitating the event, following up on agreements / to-do lists, and acting on feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the Program Manager of our Internal Customer Engagement program, coordinating activities of different projects, facilitating quarterly planning and monthly reporting, identifying synergies, and owning the delivery of key results. Ensure that projects within the program act in a coordinated and efficient manner.
  • Support design and / or execution of thoughtful, yet simple, processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Drive the optimization of business operations by promoting standardized processes across the department. Communicate recommendations with a compelling storyline to key stakeholders to ensure impact and build consensus among cross-functional teams. Evaluate current business operations performance and recommend strategies to achieve business goals.

Requirements of special knowledge / skills :

  • 8+ years project management experience or managing people within a strategic program.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Operations with the ability to assess and optimize business operations and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Ability to define and execute complex business planning processes, identifying stakeholders, risks, and dependencies, and facilitating negotiations.
  • Influential, open communicator with the ability to work with, influence, and align multiple stakeholders (leadership, senior management, and groups). Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational agility, able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
