Within our HR Department we are looking for a young professional for the position of HR Officer to strengthen our team. This position is on-site in our office in Eindhoven and fulltime position. You will proactively support employees and management regarding labour law issues, recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR policies, IND (Immigratie en Naturalisatiedienst) related questions and sickness absence. Next to this you are responsible for the salary and personnel administration.

Core tasks

• Expatriate support : providing support to employee / manager regarding IND related questions (visa / highly skilled migration regulation etc.);
• Recruitment : recruiting / interviewing for vacancies and keeping contact with (temporary) agencies;
• Manage conflict occurrence and / or labour law related issues;
• Personnel administration : maintaining and updating data in HR personnel system and organizing contracts;
• Employee benefits : coordinating employee performance and appraisal, pension, and health insurance;
• Sickness absence : follow up on reintegration and procedures as stated in sick leave policy;
• Regular review and update of policies and procedures to ensure that it meets the legal obligations (CAO);
• Salary administration; processing all data for the salaries and coordinating salary payments;
• HR projects; initiate proposals to improve the HR policies and procedures.
