Kickstart Your Marketing Career in a Healthtech Startup

At SyncVR Medical, we are on a mission to improve healthcare with Extended Reality (XR). As the largest XR platform for healthcare in Europe, we empower hospitals and clinics to enhance patient care, medical training, and rehabilitation using cutting-edge XR technology. From reducing patient anxiety before procedures to training future healthcare professionals in immersive simulations, our solutions are transforming the industry.We are a fast-moving startup, working with healthcare innovators across Europe to push the boundaries of what’s possible with XR. Now, we’re looking for a Lead Marketing Intern to help us spread the word and grow our impact!

Tasks

As our Lead Marketing Intern, you will :

Translate our marketing strategy into an actionable plan and execute it.
Work hands-on to create and distribute marketing content, from social media to email campaigns and website updates.
Collaborate closely with business development, understanding real customer needs and helping refine our messaging.
Get direct exposure to startup growth tactics, brand positioning, and B2B marketing in healthcare.Take ownership of projects—this is not a ‘sit back and watch’ internship, you’ll be actively shaping our marketing.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

Available at least 2 days per week (flexible remote & in-person).

Passionate about marketing, branding, and storytelling.

A hands-on doer who loves making things happen.

Someone who wants real startup experience and is excited about making an impact in a fast-growing company.

University level, Master / end of Bachelor

Fluent Dutch language proficiency

Note that we're a healthtech startup with no deep pockets - you want to do this internship to learn with high responsibilities and impact from the get-go , not for a high financial compensation (keep that for the fulltime-working years you have ahead of you ;)). Approximate compensation is €200-€500, depending on experience and days per week

Location : Remote-first, but meetings in NL possible.

Commitment : At least 2 days per week.
