Role Summary :
As a Business Unit Manager , you will lead strategic growth across key accounts, scaling client engagements to maximize their potential while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, expanding awareness of DevOn’s solutions, managing recruitment and retention, and fostering consultant satisfaction and career growth. This role requires a proactive leader who can translate client needs into growth opportunities, directly impacting DevOn's success and market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across existing client accounts.
- Understand and address client challenges, aligning DevOn’s solutions to meet business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, driving customer satisfaction (CSAT) and long-term partnerships.
