This position requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes while fostering collaboration and growth within the finance team.

Financial Leadership : Provide strategic financial support to the BU Managing Director and act as a business partner within the entire BU.

Financial Management : Oversee all financial activities and operations within the BU, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local market conditions.

Performance Monitoring : Monitor financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets.

Strategy Development : Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Planning and Forecasting : Lead the BU's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Analysis and Insights : Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Reporting : Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

Collaboration : Work closely with sales, operations, and human resources departments to optimise financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Internal Controls : Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
