Requirements

  • 4–7 years of professional backend development experience with a strong focus on Java-based enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs supporting digital wallet functionality.
  • Design, implement, and enhance payment-related APIs, including card lifecycle operations such as token creation, deletion, and status management.
  • Integrate backend services with mobile applications and external payment platforms in a secure, scalable, and reliable manner.
  • Work closely with internal development teams, adhering to established engineering standards, security policies, and delivery processes.
  • Support testing, debugging, and production readiness activities, including the resolution of issues identified during end-to-end and conformity testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience in Java backend development.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working with payment systems, digital wallets, and tokenization services.
  • Good understanding of security and compliance requirements, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Experience with integration testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional development teams.
