Bonatti Group is one of the leading players in the energy sector. We are a contractor specialized in the construction of oil and gas, water pipelines. We work on four continents with 10,000 employees all over the world. Bonatti Dutch Branch has been established in November 2023 and engages in the Porthos CO2 Project for the construction of a compression station to stock CO2 in an empty gas field in the North Sea. The project will last till April 2026, and it will involve approximately two hundred people. This project falls under a general strategy of environmental and climate change, which will lead the Port of Rotterdam to reach the Zero emission target. The position will be based at the Maasvlakte2, the Netherlands.

Position :

We are searching for a Site IT Technician who will be part of an important project, the first CO2 storage in the Netherlands.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Set up notebooks and workstations with necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.) and software applications.
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
• Maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
• Ensure deployment and application of Company security and privacy policies and procedures.
• Record management for users and inventory tracking for IT assets.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computer equipment.
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.).
• Maintain records / logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
• Install new software or software upgrades.
• Train staff on how to use the organization’s IT system.

The preferred candidate should live no more than one hour from the site area and must possess their own transport.
