As a SElectrode Systems Development Lead you drive the development of scalable, efficient solutions for green hydrogen production. Translating product specifications into innovative electrode designs, you shape both short- and long-term development plans. Leading R&D efforts, you design experiments, validate results, and push electrode performance to new levels. Optimizing fabrication processes, you take lab-scale prototypes and transform them into full-scale manufacturing solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration with production teams.

Managing specifications and protocols, you guarantee consistent, high-quality performance. In the lab, you oversee testing to uphold safety and deliver reliable results. Partnering with top universities and industry leaders, you stay at the cutting edge of electrode science. By identifying breakthroughs and securing patents, you protect the company’s competitive advantage. Every step you take advances the mission to revolutionize green hydrogen technology.

How about the skills?

With a PhD and 5+ years of experience, or an MSc and over 10 years in a related field, you bring strong academic and industrial expertise. Your deep knowledge of electrochemistry allows you to prepare and test large-scale electrodes (~20 cm² or larger) with accuracy and reliability. You manage R&D projects with confidence, guiding product development through research, design, testing, and final validation. You also play a key role in protecting innovation through patenting and managing intellectual property.

You adapt quickly to fast-paced, growing environments and work well under pressure. Teamwork and collaboration ensure smooth progress, even during busy periods. Your proactive attitude and sense of ownership drive innovative solutions and successful outcomes.
