About the role / Segment

Are you ready to take your expertise in automotive andsimulation market to the next level? We're seeking a ProductManager to lead our teams for our Simcenter Prescan product,within the Autonomy solution domain’s organization.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive thedevelopment of the solution for autonomous driving and deliver acustomer-centric product that meets the needs of key customers. You will be atthe forefront of defining product roadmaps and strategies that createinnovative technologies to enhance customer value and facilitate marketadoption. It is important that we grow our customer relationship, so a customerfocused mindset is important.

Simcenter Prescan  is a mature and wide-spreadsimulation platform for virtual development and validation of automated drivingsystems. It offers high-fidelity simulation models of all sensors relevant forautomated driving, and a simulation environment for virtual testing ofalgorithms for autonomous systems (braking, lane keeping and accidentavoidance, …, but you already know that 😉).

Requirements & personality

We are looking for a great teammate with an analyticalapproach, willing to pick up new challenges, someone who is pragmatic, resultoriented and inventive regarding complex problems. Last but not leastcommunication is key, and this is your superpower. You understand the questionbehind the question.

• MSc or BSc with relevant experience in product management or related field with a preference for experience with Hardware in the Loop;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the assertiveness to get things done. You are result-driven and self-starter mindset;
• Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams;
• Excellent theoretical skills and the ability to discuss and convince stakeholders across all levels and various cultural backgrounds. Promoting ideas and products comes easy for you, to transform the groundwork into a buy-in from our management;
• Fluency in English is a must. German or any other language is a plus.
