As a SAP ERP Quality Management (QM) Specialist, you will :

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile rituals, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

As a SAP ERP Quality Management (QM) Specialist, you will : Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions. Participate actively in Agile rituals, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Document solution designs and functional specifications with clarity and precision. Work closely with cross-functional and technical teams to implement solutions. Coordinate and execute testing activities, including Unit, Integration, Regression, and Test Automation. Support and guide business teams during hypercare and operational issue resolution. Lead quality assurance efforts, including Quality Inspections, Notifications, and Audit Management. What You Bring to the Table : 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP ERP Quality Management (QM). Strong expertise in designing and configuring QM modules. In-depth knowledge of Quality Management processes, techniques, and integration with other SAP ECC modules. Proficiency in handling Quality Notifications (e.g., Q(I)N, MN, and DN). Experience in test automation tools and Agile methodologies. Solid understanding of cross-functional integration and IDOCs. Exposure to international client environments. You should possess the ability to : Manage stakeholders and facilitate cross-sector interactions with strong negotiation skills. Lead with a proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving. Drive continuous improvement and organize cross-functional cooperation. Coach team members, fostering technical and professional growth.
